On the sidelines of the International Day for the elimination of Violence against Women and after taking part in the initiative sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Umbria, we announce that we have submitted a formal application for the Certification of Gender Equality addressed to SMEs.
As a company with a female presence of 50% of the total workforce, we believe it is essential to promote and strengthen all practices aimed at ensuring the protection of women’s work in the workplace and achieving the elimination of the gender gap.
