Following stakeholder engagement activities involving our Talents, company ownership identified a group of collaborators who meet regularly to share insights. The goal is to give team members a voice on behalf of colleagues while fostering autonomy, responsibility, and project-based organization. A kind of “leader for a day,” where everyone is encouraged to provide feedback, propose ideas, and set priorities.
These meetings, launched in mid-2021, have already highlighted key areas for improvement in both production and human capital management.
At our most recent meeting with sales agents from across Italy, ownership also invited them to participate in the “Council of Leaders,” encouraging suggestions on any aspect of company organization.
From our perspective, engaging everyone involved in the company’s life—not only operationally but also strategically—represents a powerful opportunity for collective growth.
