An area dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables, herbs and legumes, alongside ornamental plants. The daily harvest, grown organically, is made available to everyone.
Organic pear, apple, apricot, peach, walnut, grape and hazelnut trees. When the fruits are abundant, jams are prepared and shared or packaged in Christmas gift sets.
The barrel vault, located in the center of the park, is entirely made of wrought iron and hosts a variety of climbing English roses alternated with native table grape vines.
We wanted to recreate the atmosphere of the past with free-range farm animals. A fenced area protects the animals from foxes and martens. The chickens roam freely in a large space where they eat natural products and lay fresh eggs daily.
The playground is an area cultivated with English grass. A multifunctional sports field will soon be installed inside, suitable for 7-a-side soccer, tennis, and volleyball. A small building will provide changing rooms, restrooms, and showers. Visitors can walk or jog along the path surrounding the park.
CM’s environmental actions are part of a structured Impact Plan amonitored with indicators and reporting tools. The Sustainability Report annually presents achievements, choices, and improvement areas, promoting transparency and continuous improvement.
