Through permaculture, we have been able to:

  1. Raise awareness of organizational culture and individual roles;
  2. Foster personal growth and improve interdepartmental communication;
  3. Recognize untapped potential and talents for more conscious and effective resource use;
  4. Create conditions for long-term organizational wellbeing.
  5. to implement lasting changes in people’s behavior, it is important to work simultaneously on both the rational and emotional fronts.

The starting point is an international Brain Talent Profile® questionnaire that measures each person’s talents/abilities to provide tangible parameters for agreeing on improvement actions. In such an important process of change, CM considered it essential to have a professional evaluate what is already being utilized and what remains in the form of unexpressed potential.

The ethical principles of permaculture are used as a guiding concept, and the possibility of setting part of the collective reflections within the company’s green area, Moderna Park, makes this project perfectly aligned with the company’s strategic and value-based approach.
