On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and after participating in the initiative sponsored by the Umbria Chamber of Commerce, we are pleased to announce that we have submitted a formal application to obtain Gender Equality Certification for SMEs.
As a company with a female workforce representing 50% of our total staff, we believe it is of fundamental importance to promote and strengthen all practices aimed at ensuring the protection of women’s work in the workplace and achieving the elimination of the gender gap.
