We strongly believe in the value of our internal collaborators and strive to promote their growth. At Cartotecnica Moderna, we provide ongoing internal training to invest in the skills and knowledge of our talented employees.
Being agents of change requires many skills and abilities. To bring about lasting changes in people’s behavior, it is important to work on both the rational and emotional fronts. Above all, it is necessary to operate in solid, non-toxic, organized contexts that generate well-being. Virtuous environments based on people’s abilities.
The PermaTalent project embraces the company’s growth objectives and focuses on our level of awareness and organizational well-being. We worked starting from the skills of the people involved, bringing them even more to light in order to put them into practice.
We have created a program led by coach Tania Cariani, who has shared her passion for permaculture with us: a modular approach that can be adapted to best suit the needs of companies of all sizes and levels of corporate culture.
Cartotecnica invests in the mental and physical well-being of its Talents, promoting balance, serenity, and mental health as the foundations of sustainable work. With UNO BRAVO, it offers personalized psychological support: 5 free sessions, discounted rates for subsequent sessions, and extended access for family members. The initiative lasts for 1 year and confirms the vision that quality of work stems from quality of life.
For the second year running, CM SB brought “Solids: designing with paper” to middle schools, a workshop teaching how to design packaging by transforming 2D shapes into 3D solids. In 2024, it also contributed to the national project “Packaging, what a fantastic adventure!” with four online presentations on paper and recycling.
Waste per CM has become an opportunity to reflect on recycling, reuse, and transformation. This is the reasoning behind the pilot project designed to raise awareness among primary school students in Cortona.
In 2024, CM SB created “Trasformarsi per rinascere” (Transform to be reborn) at the Perugia-Capanne Prison, a training program for female inmates. Through workshops on paper, from reuse to eco-design, the project promoted skills, female empowerment, and new opportunities.
